Which vehicle category?
- Passenger car / combination up to 3.5 t
- No charge under the state e-TOLL system. On concession motorways, pay the relevant operator.
- Vehicle or combination over 3.5 t
- Distance-based charges apply on roads covered by e-TOLL. For a car towing a trailer, add the maximum permissible masses from both registration documents.
- Bus
- Subject to e-TOLL regardless of maximum permissible mass.
- Concession section
- The operator has its own tariff: axles, trailers and twin wheels may affect the charge.

Pay at Mysłowice and Balice. The entire-section column is the sum of the two charges. The state e-TOLL system cannot be used to pay for this concession section.
